This is the privacy policy and terms of use for apurv.org, the personal website of Apurv, and for the AI Shots newsletter. It is written in plain English because that is how everything here is written.

Newsletter signup: if you subscribe to AI Shots, you provide your first name and email address. That is all the form asks for. Basic source information (which page or campaign brought you here) is recorded alongside it.

Contact form: if you write through the connect page, you provide whatever you type - typically your name, email address, and message.

Nothing else. This site has no user accounts, no analytics scripts, no advertising trackers, and sets no cookies of its own.

Your newsletter details are used to send you the newsletter. Your contact form details are used to reply to you. That is the whole list.

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with anyone beyond the service providers below, who process it only to provide their service.

A hosting and content-delivery provider serves this site and, like any host, keeps short-lived server logs (including IP addresses) for security and performance.

An email newsletter platform stores the newsletter list and sends the emails. Newsletter emails may include standard open and click tracking, which is how every email platform works.

A form-relay service passes contact form messages along as email and does not retain them as a database.

Every newsletter email has an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.

To have your data deleted entirely - newsletter record, past messages, anything - send a message through the connect page and it will be done.
